a. Yes. The minimum stay is one night, though longer minimums may apply during peak seasons or special event periods.

a. Deposit Policy:
A deposit equal to 100% of the first night’s stay plus taxes and fees is required at the time of booking.

b. Cancellation & Changes:
• Deposits are fully refundable 31 or more days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations made 30 days or fewer before arrival forfeit 50% of the deposit.
• Reservation date changes must be made 31+ days prior to arrival.
• Date changes made 30 days or fewer before arrival will forfeit 50% of the full stay.

c. Additional Notes:
• No refunds or credits are issued for early departures, inclement weather, or unused nights.
• Guests must be 21 years of age or older to rent a room. Misrepresentation of age may result in forfeiture of the deposit at check-in.
• Failure to arrive on the scheduled date will result in forfeiture of the full value of the stay.
• Funds from debit cards may be held by the issuing bank for more than 14 business days.
• The lodge is not responsible for overdraft fees related to banking policies.
